I like the hospital

I like the hospital. They are supposed to see me regularly at rheumatology but I haven't seen them since 2022. They did get me an appointment within a week of referral which was good.

Should have cancelled the appointment

I turned up for a rheumatology appointment and I was handed to someone else as my doctor wasn't there. They didn't know what I was on about as they needed to do other tests. They had to ask me what I was there for. They should have called me and cancelled my appointment instead.

Not using the app?

I had a back scan at Solihull hospital and on the NHS app it's not showing on there but all the others are. Why aren't all the services using the app.

Wasn't very good at maternity or antenatal

The scans weren't very good there and when my contractions started I went there and was told there wasn't staff there to advise on premature contractions. I went to Heartlands instead.

Had to go every two days

November 26, 2024
We had to go as a patient every 2 days to get the dressings changed for the cyst as Heartlands and the GP said they wouldn't do it. We had to sit and wait every 2 days. The care was good.
