They were on top of things and my symptoms

Beginning of the year went for an eye test and they sent me straight to the Eye hospital. They were really good there. They were on top of things and my symptoms.

I get my ears syringed at the Bromsgrove branch but often visit the Northfield branch and they're always helpful.

Easy to get appointments. Good staff but can be bit expensive.

They are the best. I love them. I have to wear glasses or I would not be able to see. They let me know when my check up is due and then it’s easy to arrange it. About a week wait for glasses.

It’s awful very bad. Very over crowded with so many people around. Everything is rushed.
