Struggling to get an appointment

Service is good, struggling to get appointments. Phone 8:00 am - waiting long time in queue. 30 mins and when they answer no appointments - waiting 3 weeks. You can't see the doctor you want to see. Because of this don't try and access other healthcare services.

Can't get an appointment. If you do ask for an appointment, it will be in 2 to 3 weeks time. When you see a doctor - quite good medicines management. Telephone service. Staff don't wear name badges.

The doctor/surgery is really nice, but I find to get an appointment very difficult to get

Given an appointment 2 weeks after trying to book, symptoms were really bad after an operation. Daughter had to call NHS 111, an ambulance took me to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment. If I had been seen sooner I could have avoided being so ill and the cost to the NHS.
Long waiting time

Lateness in seeing you at the GP. Example when you are booked for 10am but you are seen after one and half hours waiting.
