Terrible.

Terrible. Can't get appointments when you call at 8AM, they never pick up it goes straight to voicemail.

They are very patient with me and provide the needs to my problems. Communication is very good and if its not possible to attend in person they video call.

Very good and helpful staff. I can get appointments very easily. We have moved to a new address and changed our GP.

No appointments and have to wait for hours on the phone line to get an appointment or speak to someone at the reception.

They don't have any appointments.

I go there for appointments but they don't have any. I tried to see them for my hand and they told me to go to A&E, but they wouldn't see me.
No long waits, generally really good

They are also good. When I call, they will book the appointment and there's no long waits on the phones like the other surgeries. They're generally really good.
Staff were brilliant

Received a letter on my phone to go for blood text. Staff were brilliant there. No problem at all.
I won't change because they are so good

I didn't change when I moved because they are so good. Very nice staff and they are very good. I moved to Stechford and won't change my practice because they are so good.
Wasted time with a telephone consult

You have to be kidding me. I rang them to say my daughter was ill, they called me to say would I like for them to see her, I said yes she is unwell and she needs medicine, they said give her Nurofen as she had a high temperature. I said they need to see her, then they saw her and they said she had sores in her throat and they gave her antibiotics. But I said what was the point of the call when they could have saw her, they just wasted time.
