They have a lot of doctors and I can book on the phone. The service is good. I get health checks they also get me referrals.

A good practice, good doctor and I can make appointments online. I had medication for two months at a time due to blood pressure which is better for me.
Receptionists get too much authority

No appointments when I go there. Why do receptionists have access to patient records, that's disgusting if you ask me. They think they're doctors. They have too much authority and it's not actually okay. You have to pay for your records if you need further information too.

Good and I can get appointments. The make one for the same day when I call. They listen to me and they're very good.
They referred me

They're okay. I can get appointments and see a GP. I have a good relationship with them. They make good referrals too. The referred me to the Priory.
I'm okay with everything

It's been okay but I did have a few concerns that they did sort out. They can have a lack of appointments, even at 8AM but it has got better. I'm okay with everything now.
No had any problems

Appointments are fast and I can get one within two days. I get appointments on the phone or face to face. I have not faced any problems speaking to them.

Excellent care and treatment provided by the GPs. Reception team are very helpful and always reply back to your messages and emails.
