Excellent care and treatment

Excellent care and treatment provided by the GPs. Reception team are very helpful and always reply back to your messages and emails.
Very difficult to get an appointment.

Very difficult to get an appointment. They don't pick up the phone. It always goes to answering machine and they never reply back.

It's very difficult to get an appointment. I have not seen my GP in ages. Reception staff are very rude and unhelpful.

The doctors are very nice and they listen to you and engage with you in a positive and helpful way.

Based on my needs they are very good and helpful. Particularly the practice manager.
Still using Covid as excuse

Still using Covid as excuse. Phone at 8am could be 35 in the queue. GP might say to review case in a week, but reception asks you to book appointment on the day. They don’t pre book the appointment.

I can get appointments. It can take a long time to get an appointment, but I do see the same GP when I do go. Just the phones need answering a bit better and people shouldn't be left too long.

They were good when I used them before going back to my country. I felt I could always get appointments with them.
They told me to go to A&E
