Unable to book an appointment unless you call at 8am or 1pm
This is inconvenient for full time workers. I have had to wait for up to 15 minutes to be seen even with an appointment

Hard to get appointments

Hard to get appointments But get prescriptions within 1-2 days of request. Should be able to book appointments prior to the day and with doctor of your choice

Family doctor for years for my parents/ brother/ sister/ myself and children. All good from GP. Receptionist always polite and professional.

You can't pre book appointments. If you need to see doctor you need to book far in advance. Only offer on the day emergency slots. They now have 0121 number that helps. But I have filled in regular feedback and not really sure this has been effective.
