Sometimes I can't get appointments. I told them this morning my daughter was sick and they gave me one which was good. They have given good advice.

I'm happy with the doctors service and experience. I will give them 5 stars but it can be difficult booking appointments.

I will give them 4 stars because they take a long time to give you appointments and sometimes they forget to send prescriptions and send the wrong medication. Otherwise everything is okay and the doctors are too.
Never get face to face appointments

Never get seen face to face it's always on the phone. I requested a blood test and haven't had the results. They're not good at communicating.

GPs and nurses are very helpful and I can get an appointment very easily.
Assume I don't speak English because of scarf

I call at 8am then get through at 8:15am and all the appointments have gone. The worse people are the receptionists. They talk to you a certain way and assume because I wear a scarf, I don't speak English or that I won't fight back. But I'll fight back for my kids.

Ring at 8:30 when surgery opens. Takes 15 minutes to get through. Don’t feel that you should have to tell the receptionist my problems to why I need the appointment. Overall I feel I am looked after and get treated well.
