Call early to get an appointment

If you call early morning you get a same day appointment, but if you call later you have to wait a week or two.

I have to call at 8am and if you can't then you don't get an appointment. The staff are helpful and listen to you.
Difficult to see a doctor

Difficult getting an appointment and to see a doctor. They're not helpful. No information given either about them requesting me to book appointments with them. I use a pharmacy sometimes instead.

They're alright and you can get appointments which is good.

Very difficult to get an appointment and the staff are very rude.
Accessibility is good

They have elevators for accessibility. Smooth process to book and when I was in the appointment I felt like the doctor wanted to know and to resolve my illness.

They're really good. The appointments are great, staff are great and always give you an appointment. I'm really happy with them on the whole.
Good at sorting prescriptions online

They're okay, I don't use them that often. Trying to get through and get an appointment is long. I do use the online system to access prescriptions and they're really good at organising that.

Really good and really listened to us. Make referrals when we need them too. When the children's refused the first referral due to not meeting criteria the GP got more information and re-referred so they then accepted it.
