They're alright and you can get appointments which is good.

Very difficult to get an appointment and the staff are very rude.
Accessibility is good

They have elevators for accessibility. Smooth process to book and when I was in the appointment I felt like the doctor wanted to know and to resolve my illness.

They're really good. The appointments are great, staff are great and always give you an appointment. I'm really happy with them on the whole.
Good at sorting prescriptions online

They're okay, I don't use them that often. Trying to get through and get an appointment is long. I do use the online system to access prescriptions and they're really good at organising that.

Really good and really listened to us. Make referrals when we need them too. When the children's refused the first referral due to not meeting criteria the GP got more information and re-referred so they then accepted it.

I had a good experience with them. Booking appointments is easy and waiting times are quick. The nurses and doctors are also good.
Hardly available

They are hardly available. It was hard when I felt dizzy and no one was available. I helped myself and drank plenty of water.
Good midwives

The midwife is good there. She calls if she needs me and I can contact her but she doesn't always respond on time. It's not always the same midwife I see in the community. They don't tell me the midwife has changed but that does not affect the care.
They're so so

They're so so. They sometimes help. Sometimes they don't have appointments and then you have to go to 111 or the pharmacy for help. The doctor is good when I see him.
