They could be more productive

Difficult to get appointments but we've gotten a few appointments. We do manage to get them. These days when you can't get any you just try again the next day. When I do see a doctor it's usually for my 10 year old sister. For me however I feel that they could be more productive.
Usually treat me good.

My mom takes me and they usually treat me very good. My mom will speak with them for me.

Hard work getting appointments

The waiting times on the phones can make it hard to get appointments. You get through and then there are no appointments. It's hard work and a long task.
The phones are never answered.

Face barriers trying to get an appointment

Very terrible, I can never get appointments. I literally have to argue with them for an appointment. My son needs antibiotics and steroids often and we always end up at the Children's Hospital because they won't give them to me. I just face barriers whenever I try to get an appointment.
