The service has been good. No difficulty booking appointments with the GP, everything was alright.

My GP couldn't help me last time so I went to A&E with flu but this time my experience was good they helped me.

Very difficult to get an appointment and the new appointment booking system is useless. They keep you on the phone for ages.

They're not as supportive as they look. It took them over a year to send me down the mental health pathway. They wouldn't do anything.

I could be dying but they wont give you any appointments. Very poor service.

Good but appointments are not very good. It isn't bad though. The GP is always really good when I do eventually see them and they do listen.

It's difficult to get an appointment. They do listen and try to help you though.

They diagnosed me and then took ages to refer me to a specialist.

My experience with the GP is good. I can get appointments when needed. I receive proper treatment and their service is fast and frequent. I would rate them 4 out of 5.
