Can't get though to get an appointment

It's hard to get an appointment. You can't get through on the phones. You reach them and they say it's fully booked.

They didn't listen. the doctor said I wasn't depressed and needed to get on with life.
Takes a long time for an appointments.

Appointments take longer but you can't do anything about it. They do some Face to Face appointments now.

They're okay. When I have to book an appointment they don't see me straight away. It's all over the phone. Would be better to see me face to face.
Absolutely useless

No good. There are loads of staff behind the counter. I had a liver infection and they left me. I ended up in hospital. They're absolutely useless.
They don’t take you seriously

They don’t take you seriously and don’t listen to you. You just can’t discuss anything with them.

Very difficult to get an appointment all the time. Have to wait for weeks in order to see a doctor.

They are okay. At least you can phone and get an appointment same day. Never use to be able to, but the service has improved.

Used to be easy to get an appointment pre covid but it’s much harder now. I phoned up and waited on the phone for 45 minutes. I rarely go, if I am ill I deal with it myself.
Easier before pandemic

Easier before pandemic, following pandemic more difficult to see GP face to face. Staff themselves are fine, it’s just the system that’s where the glitch is. I’ve had telephone consultations the system is if you want face to face appointment with GP you have to call at 8am. You get through but struggle to get an appointment. There is an online system to book appointment, in process of getting that you need to set up to booking application online.
