I have been a patient at this practice for the past 42 years.The doctors have always conducted themselves in a professional manner.They listen to my complaints and explain my treatment and procedures clearly.I am extremely satisfied with the care provided.
Very poor quality delivery of service

A telephone recording system should be put in place for training and quality purposes so that any complaints or issues which patients have, can be backed up.

Takes a while to get through on the telephone. Same day appointments are possible. Service is good.
