Vicarage Road Surgery

I got sent here for blood tests, it was okay. They were friendly enough, not sure why i was sent here and not my own GP.

They get different services altogether every month and chat and have a cup of tea. They're really really good.

I never thought much of it, I could never see them, they weren't helpful.

I am very happy with my GP. I will give them 5 stars.

I have registered with my GP but I am yet to use them. They were quick to register me and when I called for an update they were polite.

I haven't had to get an appointment for a while. The COPD clinic though where I saw a doctor was good. I see them every 6 months or so. All cared for through the GP

Difficult to get an appointment. Reception staff are rude but GP’s are excellent.

GP has been looking after me very well. Nurses are very efficient as well.

Always difficult to get an appointment and GP's are very reluctant to see you. I rarely use the GP service because it’s so difficult but the last time I did I waited 2 weeks for a telephone consultation just to discuss my blood test results. Hospital a/es are at breaking point which isn’t helped by gps telling people to go to hospital instead of seeing their own patients Also Some receptionists are very dismissive

Friendly, professional, during past 12 months have managed to maintain an excellent service.
