GP is too old fashioned

GP is too old fashioned and never listens to you properly. Its very difficult to get appointment.

The neurologist spoke to me about the types of medication that were available. It was the first time they told me what type of MS I have.

Really good. They do a phone triage system to speak with a doctor. They never used to do that its because of covid. But they will see you face to face.

Tests from hospital don’t follow up

Scans and tests from hospital don’t follow up. Have missed smears. Have booked mom wrongly for an appointment instead of other patient.
Very easy and efficient

Very easy and efficient. My husband and I walked to the centre (1 mile away), had to wait some time but they are doing a good job, then walked home. Happy to combine a daily walk with our third jab.

Found it very easy , nearest was West heath Primary Care Centre . Went in for vaccination on time , had no reaction.

We contacted our own surgery on Hawkesley for Booster, they booked us in at West Heath Medical Centre job done in and out in no time.
