We are saddened to hear that you were not happy with the level of care for your son to begin with when he was first seen by lunch function and respiratory by a particular consultant as you felt that you were not listened to. However, we are pleased to hear that another consultant has now identified the issue and that the level of care has improved. We would like to encourage you to contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) to further discuss any concerns you have as the team would be happy to help and try and resolve an issues you have with your sons care.
