My son has been under Birmingham Childrens Hospital since 2014 when he was diagnosed with T cell lymphoma aged 2. Very traumatic diagnosis. Team in oncology were brilliant helped get him better (almost 2 years of treatment now). Very patient with him, always here if we had any worries/concerns. Caring People. Also been under physiotherapy, eye department, respiratory all again brilliant.
Friendly with good facilities and advice.

Whenever I visit this hospital it’s too busy. They should have faster lifts and cheaper parking provision.
Very friendly and helpful staff

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of play things and activities for children to keep busy. Great facilities especially charging ports for phones. We were late due to traffic because of accident and they kindly still saw us. They give lots of appointment reminders. Parking difficult.

My daughter suffers with severe asthma and has been admitted into hospital a few times last year and year before, had to stay in intensive care, the hospital staff here were fantastic with communication and their professionalism. We came for regular appointments here and every time we are treated very well.
Really positive experience
Accident and emergency services
February 10, 2020
Admitted to hospital via Accident and Emergency due to my daughter having an epileptic seizure. From start to finish the staff were so helpful and understanding and really made the situation as stress free as possible. We have since been admitted three times with more fits and attended the hospital for various appointments, every time we have come staff have been amazing and made it a really positive experience. They do such a good job and we are so grateful. I would just like to say how grateful we are to Birmingham Children's Hospital, all the staff do an amazing job and we are so fortunate to have the opportunity to receive care from them.

I have two children under the children’s hospital and must say I have received a first class service. The staff are amazing and very helpful. They do not judge or make me feel intimidated, like I have in other hospitals. The only criticism I would give is the waiting time, as the time of appointment is mostly never kept.
