Nothing too much trouble for the staff and they explain things in a manner u can understand

My Father received fantastic care whilst being at the Anne Marie Howe centre. The staff work so hard and nothing is too much trouble. A big thank you to all the staff. Thank you so much for looking after my Father and getting him back to good health. Keep up the good work.....you are all amazing. You all work so well as a Team xx

My friend Peggy, a lady in her mid 90s was a resident there for the last 12 months until she sadly passed away January 2022. During this time she had the very best of care from a kind and caring team of staff who made sure her stay there was pleasant. The home itself was clean and well kept and the staff and carers were all friendly and professional.

Worst place i think for send love ones to get rehab. My mother was there for 7 weeks and never left the room.

Manager was terrible. saying nothing wrong with my mum then taking blood test had to call ambulance and doctor.

Over all a terrible time here. Nothing to say good about it.

I would love to give all the staff (Nurses, HCAs Physios and all other staff - cafe, cleaners et al) a HUGE GREAT THANK YOU!!
They've looked after my mother during her five and half week stay with great care, consideration, positivity, help, sensetivity and professionalism! They all work very hard but with smiles to greet both patients but their friends and families too.
They deserve recognition for this and all the other patients who've been helped by their excellent care!!
