They're alright

They're alright. Sometimes have to wait for appointments but who doesn't.
Find it hard as I speak Urdu

Everybody speaks English and I speak Urdu and I find it too hard. Sometimes my friends will help me. The GP is good and speaks Urdu but the receptionists speak English and the lady that can speak Urdu still speaks English.

I find them brilliant, no complaints. I call them and they call you back. They make same day appointments for children. Brilliant.
Don't get what you need

They don't refer you for what you need. You get appointments but not what you need. It is hard.

I can fill in a form online and then get an appointment. I do mostly use the phone though as it's easier.
A long wait to get face to face appointments

It takes time to get a face to face appointment. I can get a call back from a GP for a minor ailment. The staff are okay and friendly.
Mixed feelings about my GP practice

I have mixed feelings. Before covid we had face to face appointments but now it's only over the phone. It's difficult to get appointments. The staff are nice however you don't get a regular GP to speak to, they're all different.
More than bad

I can speak to a GP the same day over the phone but unable to get a face to face appointment, that can take weeks. For blood tests you can wait over a month. That's more than bad.
Reception are very good

The reception are very good, I can go to them to book an appointment. I don't use the online system as its easier to book at the reception.
Not satisfied with the midwife

I'm not satisfied with the midwife there as she cancels appointments and someone else sees me. I haven't had a midwife come to my home and do a check up when I said I couldn't get the the GP.
