Brilliant – good access can get appointments they are absolutely brilliant. Cannot fault them at all.
Very difficult to get appointments

Good doctors and some are not so good, very difficult to get appointments, but can get them eventually after waiting an hour on the phone with it being plugged in. they will let me see my usual doctor.

They are good. Can get face to face appointments after a long wait, sometimes it’s very busy.
Medication was not working

Told GP about daughter’s eczema when she was 6 months old and then told him several times that medication was not working. They said they will refer her to dermatologist but that did not help so they send me to Children’s hospital.

Not very helpful at times. Reception staff quite rude and doctors are in rush all the time. They don’t listen to you and never explain what’s wrong.
