Easy to get here, the hospital is okay. I went to reception and they sent us here for blood tests.

Nothing too much trouble for consultant

Hospital was brilliant. Had an issue in A&E where my daughter was discharged at 3am and was readmitted by 12pm the next day after speaking with the consultant. Nothing's too much trouble with consultant in the ENT department, She will see you when she can. Better care here than our local hospital.
Long wait for an appointment

Daughter has only seen a paediatrician once and I'm waiting a long time for an appointment. She was meant to have an appointment back in October, I got in contact with them and they said there's a long backlog to get an appointment.
They were really good.

Had to do a hearing test, they put him to sleep and they managed to do it after 3 attempts. They were really good.

Never had a fault with them. Brilliant, when I couldn't get a face to face appointment they'd do it over video call. The woman who I spoke to said there was nothing they could do. They were very apologetic, said she would have to refer her to Allens Croft because it wasn't a medical issue, it was more development.
