Fantastic care, reception, triage, doctors. 5 hour wait but was kept updated and felt others were looked after well. Felt whilst some people left, the hospital did it's best.

I come here for ears. Its been alright set up quite well. Quick referral process-they referred us straight away. Location is a bit difficult.

Fine really good. We came couple of weeks ago for blood tests, but had to take ticket when tried didn’t get that at all-had to wait 45 minutes.

I come early usually and get seen quite quickly. Communication on appointments is good consultants tell the daughter exactly what’s going on. Have got there number can contact her. Follow up on appointments is really good.

Parking is not cheap

We booked an appointment for 3pm then when we got here it was a ticketed service so we had to wait long when we could have come ages ago. The parking is not cheap we paid £6 for two hours on road side.
