We are saddened to hear that you were not happy with the level of care for your son to begin with when he was first seen by lunch function and respiratory by a particular consultant as you felt that you were not listened to. However, we are pleased to hear that another consultant has now identified the issue and that the level of care has improved. In regard to Parking, our trust liaise with the NCP parking company to ensure that prices are reviewed frequently.
