They said they would refer me onto the hospital for neurology and nothing. I went back to them and they said they had no record of there ever being a referral.
Hard to get appointments

It's hard to get appointments. I have been waiting for scans for 3 months, it needs to change.
Not seen a midwife

The surgery is good but it can be hard to get an appointment. I have not seen a community midwife at my GP surgery during my pregnancy.

It's useless

You ring at 8:00AM and there are 6 people in front of you, it's useless. I know I wont get an appointment so I just keep trying until I finally get one.
A good experience

I had a good experience. The doctor was friendly and provided a good service. The reception guy was a bit rude and looked at me like he isn't happy with his job. That was just my experience maybe he is nicer to other people.

Good services from them. The GP can do little to nothing for my daughter as everything is done by the SCAT at City Hospital.
They misplace prescriptions

Sometimes they misplace prescriptions and you have to wait for days to get it sorted.
Easy to get appointments

I find it easy to get appointments. The doctors and community midwives are great.
Can never book appointments

No appointments available at all whenever you call them. I have not seen my GP for at least 2 years. I have instead visited A&E many times to get medical help and support.
