Almost no online services
April 14, 2021
Very difficult to get through by phone. Almost no online services. They make regular mistakes when ordering repeat prescriptions. Not enough time to discuss things with GP's, and feels like a battle against the GP to receive the right treatment.
Fairly efficient

It is a good surgery and fairly efficient but appointment times are difficult to attain.
Rude and ignorant staff and management
April 10, 2021
Unwilling to deal with patients. Patients are a nuisance to these people. They fail to realise they only have jobs because of patients. Concerted effort on behalf of practice staff to withhold and prevent access to healthcare.

My GP is very nice

My GP is very nice. He listens to patients problems and works efficiently. He does the best for his patients. Big thanks to the NHS. NHS looks after everyone without discrimination (Irrespective of religion and ethnicity). I got impressed from NHS and I want to donate my body to the NHS.
Good doctors / difficult to get appointment

I work full time in Nottingham. It is difficult to get an appointment. But I can't predict when I am going to be ill. Not very worker friendly. GP's are fine though .
Appointment booking system, poor access
August 4, 2015
Recently tried to book appointment, told no places for more than one week, another occasion called few days after another rebuff got appointment for later the same week (thought I won the lottery). Seriously the system does not work for the community, in recent years we have had to utilise Erdington Walk-in Centre to gain the necessary treatment to treat my mother in-law not mention a visit to AE which in normal circumstances would be out of the question. Please reconnect with your community particularly the elderly; I wasn't given the opportunity once to say who my appointment was for? This is totally inadequate service, deeply frustrating seeing a family member unwell unnecessarily, the potential harm and distress this causes has a knock on effect through the family. Finally, the reason I write now is to highlight my concern from numerous failed attempts to access Bucklands End GP Surgery (over last 3 years, what’s changed?).
