Poor information led to stress

Went to surgery with ill child. Surgery told me to go to UCC, UCC said I should have gone to A&E. So poor information led to me running around for 4 hours with a sick child.

outstanding surgery

i felt a real shame when I moved from small heath
this was and is an amazing surgery. brilliant medical team. very caring
I hope they are able to continue to help the local popn despite the efforts of 'regulators'
