I ended up in A&E

Too long to make an appointment. You can wait 1.5 hours on the phone and when you get through there aren't any appointments. I called with chest pains and they said to call back between 2-6PM, so I ended up in A&E.
Good but hard to get appointments

Care is always good when I get an appointment but getting one is difficult. I needed my blood pressure doing and when I called they told me to go to the pharmacy. They call me in for blood tests and yearly check up but I do wish it was easier to get appointments.
The GP is good

GP is good. I can get appointments easily. Sometimes it's not easy to call in the morning. You can't come in and get one you have to call them. The care and the GPs are very good. Receptionists are good. Sometimes you can get a same day appointment.
Easy to register.

It was easy to register. Some questions were tricky. I haven't had to attend an appointment yet.
I go to A&E as I can't get appointments

Very difficult to get an appointment. Most of the time we end up going to City A&E.
Doctor explained everything very well.

I was here for an advanced ultrasound. I was seen on time and the doctor explained everything very well. I was told that my results would be sent to my GP within 7 days.
They lost my medical records

Difficult to get an appointment and there is an new GP every time. There is complete lack of continuity of care over here. They even lost my medical records.
Pleased with my doctors.

I am very pleased with my current GP but my previous GP was excellent as she used to listen to me and used to give me much more than 10 minutes but unfortunately she has retired.
Contacting them for appointments is an issue

They are good but I have problems in contacting them and it is a big issue because I can't get an appointment when needed.
Impossible to get an appointment

Getting appointments is close to impossible. I have to ring so many times to get one. Most of the time I call 111 to get me an appointment.
