You have to wait by the phone for them to call back - sometimes this can be hours which means it's easy to miss the call if you have to leave the room. When they do call back they can't always offer an appointment which means you have to go through he entire process again the next day
is good. I'm worried about online booking and not being able to access it, as it's more difficult to book online than phone. Had a problem with the GP, as the GP system had removed my details, so I was unable to book an appointment.
