Don't answer the phones

It's too busy and they don't pick up the calls in the morning.

They're good. They will make appointments the same day and if they haven't got any they will try to make one as soon as possible. I've never had any problems with them.
Take too long to respond

Nice people but they take too long to respond to you when you have an issue so I end up going to the pharmacy for information and help.

We have had to come here a few times. They have prescribed antibiotics for his ears. He was seen quickly and they were helpful.

It's difficult to get appointments but the GPs are very good and have helped us a lot. They referred my son to oncology quickly.
