Receptionists really helpful

Receptionists are really polite and helpful, but you can never get an appointment, even when you ring at 8:30am. You have to go to The Hill if urgent. Treatment explanation ok, depending on GP.
Lack of knowledge of GP using computers

I had an eye screening test for the back of my eyes. The results went back to the GP who didn't know how to use this computer. He then told me off then realised his mistake!
