Not been able to seethe dr for over a year, takes weeks to get phone appointment.

You can rarely get through by phone. No appointments most of the time. How can a GP examine you over the phone? Often rude receptionists. It was not good before COVID, now it is so bad. Constant errors in repeat prescriptions. Have checked and it's definitely not the pharmacy's fault.

Always good apart from can't get through on phones in morning

The staff are always helpful and polite, despite how busy they obviously are. With an ongoing condition, I have found the doctor I have dealt with to be professional and timely.

The lack of service over the last year

No face to face appointments or routine blood tests throughout the entire pandemic.

I was trying to make appointment for my brother 5 phone calls cut off twice 50minutes to get through. I was advised that it is now a call center and the reality is their was no way of complaining THIS IS NOT A SERVICE IT IS A NIGHTMARE

Home visits easily arranged, good service and no problem.

I find if I call the GP Surgery very early ,I can still be dissatisfied to not have an appointment usually after a very long queuing System!

The nursing staff and GPs at this practice are very good. However, the major problem is getting an appointment with GP. On-Line appointments are very limited and usually about 2 weeks in advance. For an urgent appointment, one is told to phone up on the day at 8am but by 8:05 all the appointments for the day have gone and also one has to wait on phone for 20 minutes before it’s answered. The surgery is now offering limited appointments at weekends, but on Sundays they are in south Birmingham, several miles away.
