No long waits on the phone

We use to have them when the kids care little. Really good can get appointments, no long waits on the phone.

I've had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment for a doctor to send some paperwork. The doctors have since refused to sign this medical paperwork. They're useless.

GP referral to appointment took 5 months. I understand why it’s taken that time. They are really bad. Everything is on the appointment, hard to get an appointment. Make you ring before 9AM to get an appointment it doesn’t work.

They are all lovely. One Dr is my favourite. She is very kind. I get the help that I need. Not as easy as it used to be getting appointments because of Covid. Luckily I have had face to face but one appointment has been over the phone.

All of the staff are all amazing and helpful. Excellent surgery. Well run and very friendly.
Appointment 2-3 weeks after phoning for one

It's not very good. I got an appointment 2-3 weeks after making the initial phone call and the appointment was not face to face. They told me to send them images of my issue. After I sent these, I found them to be brilliant as they referred me to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
