Doctor at this practice insulted me as a patient with serious disabilities and refused for me to obtain service when I come out of hospital after having major surgery and leaving on my own because the Doctor said I am 46 not 86 and I can manage. This Doctor as only met me the once and did not even notice that I had been very depressed that day I told her that I could have gone home and committed suicide but she did not seem to have any sympathy and I spent most time in the waiting room instead of having a chat with her in her Consultation room where she could have reassured me and spoken to me like a human being because that is her job to have empathy and understanding regarding my situation.

We'll run Practice. Easy to make a routine and urgent appointment. All staff very helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs.

Repeat prescription accessible and easy process.

Had gall bladder removed. Referred to hospital, MRI scan and operation all done within 3 months.

Good service with the GP practice overall. Always have the opportunity to make same day appointments.
