Outstanding and quality care giving by carer
June 17, 2025
The carers are exceptional. They support my mom with walking safely and patiently, always encouraging her gently. Their attention to her hygiene, proper use of PPE, and respectful communication is impressive. They are reliable, professional, and truly compassionate. We feel very fortunate to have such dedicated carers looking after her.
Outstanding, caring, and professional carers

The carers who come to look after my mom are truly outstanding. They treat her with such kindness, dignity, and respect, and it's clear that they genuinely care about her well-being. They maintain the highest standards of hygiene and always wear their PPE properly, which gives us great peace of mind. Communication with both my mom and the family is excellent—they always keep us informed and are happy to answer any questions. They are punctual, professional, and go above and beyond in their duties. We are incredibly grateful for the compassionate and dedicated support they provide every day. Their presence makes a huge difference in our lives.

We are happy with NDH. My father tells them what is to be done. Only problem is sometimes when they are running late we are not informed and I have to call and ask.

I'm happy with the carers. My only problem is if new carers come they should be informed that there are two large dogs so they don't care about the dogs when they come.
