The care provided by carers is fine, however, we have requested on many occasions to send the same carers. This was promised by NDH, however wasn’t fulfilled. This makes the client upset.

Had a good chat with carers. They have been very helpful during this tough time. They have looked after my mother well.

All carers are good and taking care of my mother very well. Punctual with the time.

Mum is very content and I have total confidence in her carers. They are all kind and friendly. I trust them with my mum, their care changing her dressing is also lovely. All the staff members are great but the regular ladies are brilliant. Even after working hard all day they still smile and do a great job.
