I am happy with care and support provided by NDH.
All girls (carers) are nice and polite and helpful. All the issues from the past has been solved in no time.

Leave their dirty gloves ne regards to health and safet always hurry and late not professional at all carers come filthy uniform and smell

High fluctuation of carers, all good ones ran away. Carers never on time and in a hurry. Carers not helpful (won’t make scrambled egg or heat sausages). Carers are mostly young girls not appropriate to handle some chores. Carers are not polite and their English is not good as well.

Dad was not look after properly. He was left to sit all day in wet cloths. Carers haven’t got any care qualifications or training in food hygiene, manual handling or giving of medication.

Ndh care staff who provide excellent care of my 85-year-old mother who has diabetes and congestive heart failure. In a very short time, carer has proven to be a precious asset in our lives. She has a level of experience and understanding that is important at this stage of my mom’s life. She also is a great communicator and is in touch daily with me through texts and calls. She sends me pictures of the excellent food she prepares for Mom and helps her with walking with zimmer frame.

I have recommended the care provider to a friend. I am more than happy with the care I receive. I get to see care supervisor every Saturday and she is brilliant.

Very happy with my carers. They are always on time and look after me very well. The care supervisor is also very good.
