Carer has always been punctual and I like having a regular carer. Any issues have always been resolved. Carers that actually care and listen to the user.

Generally pleasant staff.

If we have had a problem, NDH have always responded to our concerns.
Carers always wear uniforms which is reassuring the patient.
Sometimes when a new Carer has been allocated, there has not been an integration and hand over process. For instance a new Carer would ask the patient for information about where to find medication or food but because of Alzhimers the patient did not understand how to respond.

NDH care provided great service

So far NDH care provided great service. Occasionally had to call office and they are helpful in resolving any issues. I would like to keep my regular carers as my condition is very complicated and it’s good to have someone who knows how to react as they have been told. I am struggling to explain to all new carers all about it. So please let them be trained by someone who knows me.

When we started with company, first week or 2 was a struggle, as we had to settle with care system. But now I am happy and appreciate every single carer visiting me. All of them are helpful and caring. Thank you NDH.

Outstanding carer, Very supportive

My father receiving care from NDH CARE from last couple of months, carer remembers everything my father talk about. carers treats my father with respect (he has dementia). carer always checks father wearing his falling alarm, carer keep and eye on my father health and always report me if any concern.

I would never reccomend this companythey dont careand cause more stress to xclient have to tell xarers how to mop they dont speak english ndh should be shut down carers leave dirty bags in landingwhwn i ring office to complain no one wants to listen or take ownership
