The app allows me to book appointments and they're easy to book. Seen quickly. They're very good.
I get the appointments I need

I had two appointments within 2 weeks. I don't phone, I go straight into them as it's easier and I get the appointment I need.
They referred me

I went last year as I was feeling very tired and unwell and they referred me on for some tests. I was eventually diagnosed at the end of last year.

They referred me onto the treatment centre for my hip. They've been so good since I moved to here. I have found them much more helpful.

The seem to be fine. I moved here in January and they're okay at giving appointments when I need one.
Accessibility is a major concern

Difficult getting appointments. You can wait on the phone for an hour before getting to speak to someone and then they tell you there aren't anymore appointments. The online appointments get snapped up within seconds. Accessibility is a major concern. I'm thinking of moving practice.
It can be tricky

It's very tricky trying to get an appointment. The timing is crucial, you have to call at 8am. Receptionists are helpful.

Not bad but always full. Not easy to get an appointment. The GP listens to me.

Not good, you can't get an appointment, you call and they're always fully booked. The GP doesn't help me or provide support.
