They're not good at all. They missed my dads bowel cancer and misdiagnosed him for years.

The GPs are very rude and they don't understand the patient's needs.
They need to improve waiting times

They're good but they can improve their waiting times for both getting appointments and when you're in there waiting to see them as you can wait a while. Then appointments feel rushed because they're running behind.
Friendly midwife but delays updating records

I see a midwife here and they're very friendly. The issue is that they haven't been updating my medical records properly. I had some tests done a while ago and all of these are blank on my records. I was told I am anaemic in January but they still haven't uploaded the results.

The nurse make sure I was very comfortable of my injection as I am always a bit scared
