The worst service, worst GP ever, not clean and they don't take your concerns seriously.

The GP's are excellent and the staff are very helpful.

I asked the GP to check my eye but he just gave me cream and didn't look at it. I was in there 2 minutes. I spent longer with the receptionist keeping me for 10 minutes as I had to get evidence for college but she didn't believe me. I feel like I am taken more seriously when I go there with my mom.
Can't get appointments

I can never get an appointment. I have not seen my GP in ages.
Changing GP

Very hard to get appointments. You can be waiting for days. You can't get any past 8:10am. I am going to change GP.
