Could always get an appointment with them

They were fine, they were okay. I could always get an appointment with them but I didn't use them that much.
They are very good.

They ask for feedback in the surgery about our experience. I've not had any issues with them as they are very good.
Hard to make appointments whilst working

I phone at 8am, they don't have appointments so phone again. The advanced appointments were easier, they used to offer that a long time ago. I ask for a call back from a prescriber. Trying to make an appointment whilst working is impossible.
They don't answer

I had a couple of experiences of my surgery due to get an appointment and they say ring in the morning to get an appointment but they don’t answer.

Haven’t been able to see them in 2 years. Struggle to get booked in when really poorly. Hard to get an appointment.

They are all right now. Sometimes they are not helpful, tell you to ring in the morning than they don’t answer.
Quite strict with appointments

Quite bad, I feel they are quite strict with appointments. If you have a job you can’t access appointments. They ring on the day, long waiting list so can’t get appointments. Just leave it.
They send my prescription to the pharmacy

I contact them to get my medication, they send the prescription to the pharmacy for me.
