Not very accurate with communication with patients from doctors to nurses, putting patients at risk

We are sorry that you have felt disappointed with out service. We have a very robust complaints system that we manage in house and so if you would like to contact the Practice Manager we can look into this in more detail.

They are very attentive - they do not dismiss you and you never have a long wait to be seen
