They always encourage to have personal care, give me food and fluids according to my choice and preferences and encourage to eat. To be honest, am very pleased to have outstanding carers. Never ever being any concern. All carers are honest, loyal and work hard. Am very lucky. I feel safe with them, always ask my choice and preference. Give always time to think for decision. All are very respectful.

Carers whose visiting for look after me are great. They doing their job qualitative. Always communicate with me and feels me comfortable. Doing personal care hygienically, always wear PPE to prevent IPC which is best thing for me. All time give me choice and preference and gives me time. They don't do rush.
