Treated with respect and understanding

Mom is washed, dressed, any sores are treated and she is moved from bed to chair. They treat her with respect and understanding. Very happy with the service provided.

Well looked after and cared for

All of the carers that attend my mother from PSA home care are very patient and polite. They take excellent care of her, even when she has a bad day. It is wonderful for me to know that she is so well looked after and cared for when I am not able to see her.
