I am an arthritis patient and a pensioner. For last one year, I am not getting any support from my GP, no proper medicine and not even referral to ROH. They always give paracetamol only.

Been able to book appointments for my 8 years old at last minute, they have a chest problem. Plus every time service was speedy and I had positive experience with them. The medical team is very friendly and I love the way doctors treat my 8 years old. Very child friendly.

I am a patient with mental health issues. Don't come here for help, there are doctors and staff with more compassion for your health issues elsewhere, not here.

Went to get a referral they still didn't have my records then when I'm trying to tell the doctor he kept interrupting me and when I said can you let me finish he shoot back in he's chair and through he's hands down and said I'll just sit back then and listen at that moment I just left

Visited the doctors and saw a doctor for the first time since moving into the area. After speaking with them about my initial health issue I wanted to speak to them about other things but he didn't listen and stopped the consultation as they had other patients to see.

Their attitude was not caring, seemed rushed and it felt pressured. They spoke quite harshly and pointed out that they couldn't listen to my other questions as they had other appointments.
