All the staff were happy, a breath of fresh air to be honest. Main hall light is a bit blarey, other then that nothing.

All the staff were unreservedly kind, caring and friendly, as well as considerate. Difficulties in communication - confusing sending letters, phone calls, emails as to my treatment. Worrying 1st day, but all sorted in the end when I kept asking.
