Staff were all fully experienced, kind and put me at ease. Could of done with another toilet on ward and bedside tables wiped more often.

Staff were all very kind, knowledgable and thorough. They made me feel at ease and comfortable with asking questions. The receptionist was lovely too. Best streamlined app I've had.

Staff were amazing, so friendly and geniune, one thing I would suggest to to have the meds round started earlier.
The sink in my bathroom broke half way through my stay. It took almost a week to fix it despite the fact it was leaking and I am a new amputee. Also the toilet seat under the commode was not cleaned at all. It was very unpleasant.

Staff were amzing day and night, took the time to get to know me during my stay, very glad to have my care in their hands. Later breakfast, I was woken at 6am for breakfast.
