The staff have been very polite, very helpful and share good camaraderie with you. Made me feel very welcome and at ease. Not really much to improve on, a couple of times they may have forgotten a request but I appriecate they are very over worked and nothing a reminder didn't fix. Thank you for everything.

The staff was respectful of me and showed compassion as I was an emotional wreck prior to my procedure. Perhaps initial waiting times could be reduced. Other than that service was perfect. Thank you very much :)

The staff were amazing and I could not have been better looked after, thank you. There appears to have been a shortage of staff and they are always on the go and never seem to have enough to cover breaks, the government needs to increase pay and staffing numbers.
If this was a hotel it would have a 5 star rating
