Day staff had time for everyone, student came to surgery with me and answered all my questions. Night staff were abit busy, I felt I didn't want to hassle anyone. Porter was fantastic! Overall, ROH is the best hospital I have been to.

Did not have to wait, staff were helpful and waiting room nice, warm, comfortable chairs and wifi. Nothing to improve.
