Noise on the ward can impact on sleeping and recovery. If noise cannot be controlled then closing doors or other measures need to be put into place. Understaffing has an obvious effect on pressure placed on staff, burnout is likely unless this is addrerssed.

All staff were gentle and friendly. I don't understand the logic of bringing a patient in at 07.00 when their surgery isn't until 14.00.
