I underwent surgery at ROH 8 months ago and found their whole ethos to be caring professional and inspiring.

The Trust reconfigured patient pathways to accommodate patients from neighbouring Trusts to alleviate pressure on them. They have also changed face to face appointments to virtual to ensure they still see their patients and give them much-needed care. I think they have done a fantastic job.

Fantastic hospital, had a very good experience with having a hip replacement. Centre of excellence.

I’ve been waiting for 4-5yrs for knee ops, constantly being postponed for ridiculous reasons, now I've been removed from the list completely for missing last min appointment and have to start again.

Fantastic service. Hip operation done in between lock downs in and out in 2days. Staff couldn’t have been better.

Total hip replacement surgery scheduled for April 2020 cancelled, rescheduled for January 2021 cancelled.

Absolutely fantastic – I use oncology and have never had a problem. Treatment always explained well – very good. For this hospital if my son can’t send me they send an ambulance car to pick me up – (ring up & book it – fantastic)

After having a knee replacement and having to stay in hospital longer than expected due to an infection I was told I was being discharged from hospital, I was sent to discharge lounge and was looking forward to going home. Due to inadequate paperwork and it being early evening I was sent back up to the ward for another night in hospital.

After having a knee replacement I was very disappointed in the amount of physiotherapy sessions offered after surgery. The appointments were not easy to get which resulted in waiting for two weeks for further appointments. This made me very stressed as my progress was very slow and it resulted in me paying for private physiotherapy on top of the few appointments I had with the hospital.

Disappointed in cancelled twice now to see consultant and now 3rd date given. Will over a year since I saw consultant last
