Live TV keeps you busy, seating is good, the only thing is sometimes you have to wait for long time. There is always someone at reception or check in point to help and guide. I am a cancer patient but full support is given to me all the time.

In January 2018, I was nil by mouth, arrived at 7am and had to wait until 4pm. The chairs were really uncomfortable because of pain from the operation in my hips. The receptionist was quite verbally aggressive in the way she treated me, she didn't want to deal with my questions.

In October 2018, was also nil by mouth and arrived at 7am and had to wait until 2.30pm. The receptionist was the same one, and she didn't want to respond to me.

The information and support is good plus all the basic facilities are provided. So overall I will give an A grade to this waiting area and hospital. Only thing I would suggest is more wheelchairs and manned help for elderly and poorly patients.

Very good and caring staff and a very well managed and planned hospital. I am very impressed with the high level of service delivery. Parking is a big problem for everyone.

The staff, waiting rooms and all the facilities are exceptional - only finding a parking space is horrible.
It took me 45 minutes to get a parking space which is not acceptable.

This is my second time here and I can say it's the most organised hospital waiting room I have ever seen. Good facilities with very good staff. Live TV, comfy seating, patients calling system, all good. Doctors clinic schedule lets you know how long you have to wait.

It's very good, it has got everything, live TV, name display screen, comfortable seating, lots of light, a café very close, the toilets are very clean and above all good reception staff. Self check in is very helpful if the reception are staff busy with other patients, if clinics are running late there is a separate screen which exactly tells you at what time you will be seen.

This waiting area is good, the TV screen display is there which will display my name, self check in was easy, plenty of seating, lots of light coming in. Its a bit cold which may be because it's very close to main entrance. Parking is a big problem. They let you know they are running late or there is delay in the appointment time by a separate screen with all the consultants appointment schedule.

ROH waiting room is good.

They are marvellous up here.

Variable waiting times, sometimes 2 hours. Knew could wait upstairs.
